ミュージカルの“心臓”である音楽を、あなたの手で奏でませんか？ただ音楽を演奏するのではなく、聴いてくれる中高生の心を揺さぶり、希望を届けられるような音楽を一緒に創りましょう！

Want to be the heartbeat of our musical by bringing its music to life? Let’s not just play music — let’s create music that touches the hearts of junior high and high school students and shares hope.

募集ポジション / Positions

  • Team Musicians（各チーム10人前後 × 3チーム / About 10 people × 3 teams）

  • Specialty Musicians（約5人 / About 5 people）

  • Composers（2人 / 2 people）

🎶 Team Musicians 🎶

メイン3曲を演奏する１０名程度の演奏チーム！

A team of musicians, around 10 members, who play these songs. Check an Instagram post about additional musician information.

ピアノ・ドラム・ベース・ギター・トランペット・サックス・バイオリン…など！あなたの楽器なんでも!ライブ演奏ではなくデモ録音を行う予定です。曲ごとに参加できるので、1曲だけの挑戦もOK！（2曲以上も可能）1チーム10人程度で、チームとしての団結が生まれるかも！✨

Piano, drums, bass, guitar, trumpet, saxophone, violin... and more!This is for demo recordings, not live performances.You can join for just one song — no pressure!Each team has about 10 members, a great chance to make new connections at ICU✨

  • 9/8〜10/31 練習（週2回程度）/ Practice (about twice a week)

🎶 Specialty Musicians 🎶

約5名程度の生演奏チームです。

Teams of about 5 musicians who perform live on stage.


ピアノ・ドラム・ベース・ギター・トランペット・サックス・バイオリン…など！あなたの楽器なんでも!12/6・7 の本番で 生演奏 を行う予定です。演者のソロ曲や少人数編成の曲を演奏します。

Piano, drums, bass, guitar, trumpet, saxophone, violin… and more! Whatever your instrument is, you are welcome! We are planning to perform live at the shows on December 6th and 7th. You’ll play solo numbers for performers as well as small ensemble pieces.

ソロ曲のアレンジやSpeciality Musiciansチームの曲を創る作曲家を2名募集します！We’re looking for 2 composers to arrange solo songs and create pieces for the Specialty Musicians team!


  • シーンに合わせてオリジナルアレンジを作成 / Create original arrangements that match each scene

  • 楽器や演奏方法を自由に設計 / Experiment with instruments & styles

  • パフォーマーと相談しながら調整 / Collaborate with performers to fine-tune the music

  • 9月〜12/5   flexible, managing speciality musicians
